CEO/Media Director
Sandra Castro-Richards has a rich history of agency experience working on many types of industries, including extensive public entity experience. She brings to 1797 Creative an in-depth knowledge of brand marketing research and media strategy. As CEO and Media Director, Sandra oversees the agency direction and working on brand and marketing strategies for clients. With a strong background in consumer research, she delivers efficient and research-driven media purchasing plans that meet and exceed campaign goals.
Sandra would love to learn to sew. She tried once. It didn’t go well, but she’s no quitter! Maybe she’ll make outfits for Jennifer’s dogs!

President/Creative Director
Tommy Richards has over 30 years of experience in advertising and graphic design creating and designing logos, print ads, radio and television spots, internet banner ads, outdoor ads and more for a large range of clients and industries. Tommy is a true artist, bringing his talent to all creative marketing projects. Along with numerous prestigious awards, Tommy has earned Addys at the local, district and national levels. He founded our agency to offer a streamlined, comprehensive, agile and effective choice for our clients.
Tommy admires honesty and humility in his circle of friends. He’s also well down the path of being an oenophile, so you can count on him to bring a bottle he didn’t choose by the graphics on the label.

Web & Graphic Designer
Nick began his career as a freelance designer, building a foundation in visual communication and digital design. Today, he specializes in creating and refining websites, developing engaging social media content, and helping clients communicate more effectively across digital platforms. At 1797 Creative, Nick works closely with businesses to translate their ideas into clear, functional, and visually compelling online experiences.
Outside of the office, Nick stays active in the local music scene, performing live and continuing his passion for music. He also enjoys rollerblading, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with his dogs.

Director of Development and Strategy
Marc brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience across advertising, media strategy, political and corporate communications, and community-focused economic development to the agency. He benefits from far-reaching credentials with a diverse history of creating and executing multi-media campaigns at the local, state and national levels for large to medium-sized companies, organizations and advocacy groups.
Marc's background also includes deep experience in political strategy, public affairs and strategic Latino outreach. In these roles, he's helped advise and support elected officials, public institutions and advocacy organizations with developing strategic communications and messaging.
He is also a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys, San Antonio Spurs and Texas Longhorns. Additional spare-time activities include classic movies, consuming Mexican, American history and getting involved in politics and community-support efforts.
